1. What are the shipping costs?
Standard delivery is always free, regardless of the price of your order. Additional charges may apply for expedited or specific shipping methods. These will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
2. How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via the website under the heading "Track Order". Simply enter your Track & Trace number and you can view the status of your shipment.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Within the Netherlands & Belgium: up to 7 working days
- International: Currently not available
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as carrier workload.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we will try to process it as soon as possible. Please contact us at info@vidanovastore.nl if you want to make changes. We cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.
5. How can I request a return?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Registering a return is easy:
- Use our convenient returns portal to register your return and receive a return label immediately.
- Prefer to send us an email? Send your order number to info@vidanovastore.nl and we will send you a return label.
6. What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of the damage so we can quickly provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.
7. Does your webshop also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
8. Is it safe to pay online with you?
Yes, we use a secure payment environment. All payments are processed via iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card and Klarna and are completely safe.
9. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can exchange a product by following the same procedure as for a return. Contact us at info@vidanovastore.nl and indicate which product you want to receive in exchange.
